2. Head to Trader Mion in the grocery store.
3. Talk to the NPC shown in the quest items. You will need to run around until you get the required quest item and then receive Mion's Letter.
4. Teleport to Western Mining Zone from Dwarven Village and find Master Toma. He will give you

5. Teleport to Western Mining Zone from Dwarven Village and kill Hunter Bear.
6. While killing Hunter Bear, Honey Bear will appear. Use spoil and collect 5

7. Return to Master Toma and receive
