1. Talk to Triskel in Town of Gludio. He will give you

2. Teleport to Spider Nest from Dark Elven Village and run to the altar. Find Arkenia there; she will give you

3. Teleport to Gludin Village. Go to Guard Leikan. He will give you 
Likan's Note.

4. Head to Neutral Zone from Dark Elven Village. Hunt Moonstone Beast until you collect 10

5. Return to Guard Leikan and give him the fangs.
6. Teleport to Swampland from Dark Elven Village and run toward the school. Find Calpico there, kill him, and obtain 
Shilen's Tears.

Arkenia's Recommendation.
